Biography
Mr. Keshen received his LLM in taxation from New York University in 1971; his LLB from Boston University School of Law in 1968; and his AB from Cornell University in 1964. He has been practicing law since 1968 and is a member of the Florida, Massachusetts, and New Jersey Bars. He chaired for several years the Board Certification Review course for Wills, Trusts & Estates Certification sponsored by the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar. He is a past member of the Executive Council for the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar. He serves as a member of the Probate Rules Committee of the Florida Bar governing probate and guardianship administration. He is also a member of the Corporate Fiduciaries' Committee of the Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and of the Miami-Dade County Bar Probate Committee. He has frequently lectured about Wills, Living Trusts, Living Wills, Health Care Powers, Durable Powers of Attorney, Probate Litigation, and Homestead law.
