About Nelson C. Keshen
Nelson C. Keshen, P.A. was founded by Nelson C. Keshen. He is our firm’s Principal Attorney and specializes in legal issues such as probate and trust administration, estate planning, real estate and business law. Mr. Keshen has over 40 years of experience providing the Miami, FL, community with efficient and affordable legal representation.
Mr. Keshen has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Cornell University and obtained his Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law. He then earned a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University of School of Law. With his passion for the law, Mr. Keshen also served as a mentor to graduate students in the Master of Laws Estate Tax Program at the University of Miami School of Law.
Admitted to practice in New Jersey, Massachusetts, Florida and the United States Federal Court, he is a member of the American Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, Florida Bar Association and New Jersey Bar Association. Mr. Keshen also served several terms as a Member of the Florida Bar Probate Rules Committee and as a Member of the Executive Counsel of the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section.
